Our story begins with a journey and a dream come true. In 1997, we set out to pursue the American dream, a journey and a unique discovery: California, Los Angeles, San Francisco... we experience new realities, unique and rich flavors, and the talent of those who live in this land to do things on a grand scale.
In 2006, we returned to Italy to open our first American-style steakhouse, but with a distinctly Italian flair. Since 2015, we've built a relationship of trust with our farmers, bringing certified Tuscan organic and PGI Chianina beef to our kitchen.
Since then, we've been constantly evolving to introduce you to a world of refined meats like you've never experienced before. We create a unique synergy between flavors, overseas inspirations, and Italian excellence for an unforgettable dinner from the first bite to the last.

We prefer local products: fruit, cheeses, cured meats and Tuscan meat, also vegetarian and vegan dishes.
