Our story begins with a journey and a dream come true. In '97, we set off to chase the American dream, a journey and a unique discovery: California, Los Angeles, San Francisco... we experience new realities, unique and rich flavours, and the talent of those who live in this land to do things on a grand scale.
In 2006, we returned to Italy to open our first SteakHouse in American style, but with an all-Italian taste. Since 2015, we have built a trusting relationship with our breeders, bringing organic Tuscan and certified IGP Chianina beef into our kitchen.
Since then, we have been constantly evolving to let you discover a world of refined meat like you've never experienced before. We create a unique synergy between flavours, overseas inspirations, and Italian excellence for an unforgettable dinner from the first to the last bite.

We prefer local products: fruits, cheeses, cured meats, and Tuscan meat, including vegetarian and vegan dishes.
