Meat is in fact the main food in our steakhouses, and in particular the national organic is Chianina IGP. We say no to choices based on cost, we favour small local producers and select only the best healthy and genuine products. Essential is the conscious breeding that feeds the animal good food and allows it a proper lifestyle.
