At Merope's Steakhouse in Carrara, we serve only fresh, organic Tuscan meat and PGI Chianina beef, with a strong emphasis on local and sustainable products. "Eating consciously" is a key aspect of our mission: all our specialties are made with fresh meat from a controlled and certified supply chain.

We don't use any frozen foods, and every single dish is crafted with care and passion, using seasonal, authentic ingredients. This responsible approach benefits both small Tuscan producers and farmers, from whom we select only the finest ingredients, and our customers, who can be assured of a healthy, authentic, and delicious menu.

For us, a dish should be simple and make its mark with its few, high-quality ingredients: since 2015, we have built a relationship of trust with our farmers, bringing organic Tuscan and certified PGI Chianina beef into our kitchen.
