At Merope's SteakHouse, in Carrara and Marina di Massa, only fresh, organic Tuscan and PGI Chianina meat, a strong emphasis on local and sustainable products. With us, 'eating consciously' is a statement that plays an important role in our mission: all our specialities are based on fresh meat from a controlled and certified supply chain. 

We do not use any frozen food, and every single dish is made with care and passion, with seasonal and genuine ingredients, a responsible choice that benefits both small Tuscan producers and breeders, from whom we select only the best raw materials, and our customers, who are guaranteed a healthy and genuine, as well as delicious, menu.

For us, the dish must be simple and let its few high quality ingredients speak for themselves: since 2015 we have built a relationship of trust with our breeders, bringing organic Tuscan and certified PGI Chianina to our kitchen.
