Our story begins with a journey and a dream come true. In '97 we set off to pursue the American dream, a journey and a unique discovery: California, Los Angeles, San Francisco... we experience new realities, unique and rich flavours, and the talent of those who live in this land to make things big.

In 2006 we returned to Italy to open our first SteakHouse in American style, but with an all-Italian flavour. Since 2015 we have established a relationship of trust with our breeders, bringing Tuscan organic meat and certified Chianina IGP to our kitchen.

Since then we are constantly evolving to let you discover a world of refined meat like you have never experienced before. We create a unique synergy between flavours, overseas inspirations and Italian excellence for an unforgettable dinner from the first to the last bite.

A New Way of Eating Meat

In the midst of the pandemic, we decided to open our second location: in Marina di Massa, betting again on young people, on their desire to never give up, on their desire for redemption, on their dreams and ideals.

Thus was born Merope's SteakHouse Bisteccheria Massa : a new adventure , a new dream that we share with our young chef Davide Tonelli and his team . We are constantly evolving to make you discover a world of refined meat as you have never experienced it before. A great passion, a large family, our commitment is to serve excellence. That's why all our dishes are made with carefully selected products, respecting the seasonality of ingredients.

We prefer local products: fruits, cheeses, cured meats, and Tuscan meat, including vegetarian and vegan dishes.
